Head of Supplier Relationship Management (m/w/d)

As a HEAD OF SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT, you will be reporting to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager while leading and contributing for the commercial and strategic management and maintenance of the finished dosage forms (FDF) suppliers already integrated within the Group Neuraxpharm, as well as the contract manufacturing (CMOs) partners, to ensure:

• The sales teams successful thanks to a strong collaboration and a good understanding of their functioning Availability and stability of the supplies of the products already launched and commercialized,
• Harmonization of the supplies for the products where the Group have different sources.
• Coordination and lead the re-negotiations of potential savings on COGs, working capital, etc., renewals and/or termination of existing supply agreements.

Which would be your major accountabilities:

• Coordinate and lead the regular contact with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure stability of the supplies.
• Re-negotiate and/or renew the supply conditions of the established contractual terms.
• Manage supplier pricing reviews and COGS reduction.
• Standardize the process to implement the Supplier Relationship Management from a Corporate perspective.
• Escalate, lead, and manage the supply troubleshooting with the suppliers.
• Ensure savings according to the agreed annual plan of renegotiations and/or renewals.

About you:

We are looking for a new team member that:

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an international supply chain management function within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from Generic or CMO environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing & developing supplier relationships including contract negotiation.
• With excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• German native and fluent English
• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Ats as a team player with strong hands-on mindset to collaborate across the teams
